It stands to reason that anyone offering property investment services and therefore helping you with your property purchase, should have personal experience – otherwise how can they possibly understand the intricacies of property investing?

Finally you need to be certain that your property buyer does not also sell property. If they do, they are not truly independent and you should look elsewhere.
